The GitHub Ocean team kind can only enrich teams with IdP data via include_external_group, which calls /teams/{slug}/external-groups. That endpoint only returns data for Enterprise Managed User orgs with external SCIM. Orgs that use GitHub Team Sync, where users bring their own GitHub accounts linked to an IdP like Okta and team membership is provisioned from IdP groups, get nothing back. Adding an include_group_mappings selector that calls GET /orgs/{org}/teams/{slug}/team-sync/group-mappings would let these orgs see which IdP group provisions each GitHub team.
