I have two deployments of an ocean exporter in different regions for disaster recovery in which one should not have any pod running.

I want to set the replicas of the actions processor to zero, but it seems the template value is not used in the deployment file.

The template values are used for the sync deployment and the live event deployment.

I just want the same thing for the action processor deployment to be able to set it to zero.
