Control assignment of orgs to users via a specific Okta group in Multi-Org setup

When the customer has Multi-Org Feature enabled and has more than 1 organization, we want to be able to control which of the users are assigned to a org by being part of a specific OKTA group.
We want to be able to have “Allow anyone signing in via SSO to join this org as a member” as disable for the org and have the following flow working :
Desired outcome:
Assuming a user is logged in to Port and has only access to the Production organization, they could:
- Request access to a specific Okta group (this will be done at the customer OKTA)
- Gets added to the Okta group (this will be done at the customer OKTA))
- Automatically get access to an organization without needing an explicit invite
