Expose the scorecard result as a property

To be able to track scorecard result overtime, to be able to aggregate on a related blueprint (how many Gold in this environment for example).
Today we see the scorecard result in a table, but we are unable to represent it in a line chart or to aggregate on it or mirror it

In regards to the request, here are 2 things you can already do today:
- Trend: Line chart of % rules passed over time for a specific scorecard, with filtering.
- Distribution of services (or any other blueprint that has a scorecard) by their scorecards score to see how many fall into each score range (like how many 'gold's). In this example the scorecard is named "Enterprise level".
