Future Time Filtering for Catalog Pages

Currently, the catalog filtering options allow for past time filtering, such as "in the past 365 days." It would be beneficial to extend this functionality to include future time filtering. For example, adding a filter like "in the next 365 days" would help us better to present catalog items relevant to future timeframes. In our case we want to have all the future on-call shifts for a user :)

You can now easily filter on future periods in catalog pages but also in initial filters, widgets and dashboard filters.

There is currently support for date filtering on past periods such as "In past 365 days" or "In past 180 days", having he ability search for future periods would allow us to monitor assets for EOL or deprecations. Our use case can be summed up in as below
Teams are responsible for upgrading their AWS infrastructure, I'd like to be able to give them a 6 month warning that in the next 6 months ABC needs to be addressed.
