Add support for reliably identifying the earliest commit & timestamp that belongs to a "Deployment" across GitHub, GitLab, and Azure DevOps, as this is required to calculate Lead Time for Changes regarding DORA metrics.

On our side we are assuming that a merge to main is deployed as teams have different practices. This way we are able to get the first commit data and merge date.
