Include support ruleset metadata in addition to the Github 'classic' branch protection rules

In the 'branch' kind, metadata about branch protection rules can be mapped. Having the ability to also map repositories and ruleset metadata would also be helpful.

Being able to observe all the rulesets that impact a given repository would be very useful. It's more than just branch metadata; the GitHub team has been developing the concept of Rulesets.
