Line chart: Adjust x-axis to effective data range when filters narrow the time range
complete

Current behavior: When a line chart widget has a broad time range (e.g., last 90 days) but a narrower additional filter (via widget filter or dashboard filter, e.g., last 30 days or a specific date range), the chart still displays the full 90-day x-axis. The periods outside the filter show as zero values, before the actual data begins (see Image 1).
Expected behavior: The chart's visible x-axis should adjust to the effective data range, i.e., the narrower of the time range and the applied filter (see Image 2).

NEW Line charts now automatically adjust their display x-axis time range when you apply widget filter or dashboard filter that are narrower than the chart's configured time range. It applies only to the Aggregate Property and Count Entities line chart types and not to Property History (specific entity).
What's new:
• Smart range adjustment: When filters narrow the time window, the x-axis adapts to show only the filtered period
• Automatic interval scaling: If the filtered range is smaller than the chart's time interval, we'll step down to a more appropriate time interval for better visibility
• Your saved widget configuration (time range & interval) stays intact in case you delete the filter(s).

Need to add global configuration on dashboard level or to enable time rage picker at the widget level
current workaround - to create multiple line chart with different x-axis
