In a grouped table, the group pill shows that entities are available, but expanding the group shows "0 results out of <number>" until the user clicks "get more results". The group looks empty even though it has data, and every group needs an extra click before anything appears. The entities should load as soon as the group is expanded, even if they're fetched lazily at that point. On large tables, users can't rely on grouping until this is fixed.
