A direct MongoDB connection would be very handy. It would be very useful, when we have historical stored in a DB and we'd want to load it into Port. Especially historical data of DORA metrics, billing information etc., so its easy to draw trend graphs.

Being able to connect to a database would be handy, because we could then internally pipe data to a central DB and ingest into port from there, instead of having to set up many integrations throughout our infrastructure.
