Pause/cancel/resume data source sync

We need the ability to pause and resume data source syncs. While we understand that rate limits determine the sync frequency, having the option to pause and resume would give us control over the order in which data sources sync. This capability is essential as we gradually roll out Port to different teams, ensuring their service data is accurately captured and reviewed before proceeding to the next team.

Maybe related: I'd like to be able to save changes to a data source mapping without immediately triggering a resync. I often save mapping changes as I'm working, to prevent loss when the front end occasionally encounters an error. However, that sometimes automatically kicks off a multi-hour resync, which I can't cancel, and which won't include any of the other mapping changes I make in the meantime.
Being able to pause or disable a data source could be a way to accomplish this.
