Request:
Add a configuration option (e.g., Helm values or environment variables) for the GitLab Ocean integration to: Cap the maximum request rate to a configurable value (e.g., N requests/second or a percentage of the provider’s limit), This would let us keep Ocean running reliably without exhausting GitLab’s rate limits and affecting other GitLab‑dependent systems in customer environment
