Default limits to the CronJob job (pod) should be higher to avoid it from being OOOMKilled.

If there's an error that resulted in a Reconciliation being skipped this should be reflected in Port Sync Status.

Also, when the Reconciliation gets skipped, the Details for the sync should be shown.
