We recently added the ability to display scorecard rules as columns. This gives you the ability to drill down to each tier component right from the table.
To add a rule as a column table, all you need to do is click on the "hide columns" button in the table filters section, and choose to display the specific rules.
In addition, we just released the "table summary" capability, which lets you create aggregated views for scorecards and rules.
