Currently, the dynamic approval policy returns a maximum of 1,000 entities per query. This creates a limitation for organizations with more than 1,000 users. In such cases, the policy cannot return the full set of eligible approvers, as some users fall beyond the 1,000-entity threshold and are therefore excluded from the results.

This request is to increase that threshold.
