Entities can change over the course of their lifetime. As a result, their scorecards can also change, and those entities can move between different tiers.

It would be helpful to have the option to view the scorecard history of an entity, how the entity has moved between scorecard tiers, and also being able to tie the change to the audit log, and see what specific change in the entity properties caused the scorecard tier to move.
