Ocean Integration control of refresh internal by Kind

Some integrations have Kinds that have fast changing data and other Kinds have slow changing data. I want to control the refresh interval individually so that some Kinds are refreshed more often than others. What we find is that some of the Kinds with large counts can slow down the refresh. Fixing this could be achieve by allowing an interval setting by Kind or by allowing multiple instance of the same Ocean integration or by allowing asynchronous loading of Kinds

would be a great addition for certain resources that do not need to resynced again and again - for example ecs task definitions.

We are approaching 1000 repositories and every sync takes a very long time due to Githubs api rate limiting, i.e the dev-test-fix-loop can take so much time it gets hard to move forward. To be able to change a mapping, test against a single repository and repeat would be super.
