Alon Moscovitz While we consider this - did you try the "My recent actions" widget? This will show the actions recently used by the currently logged-in user.

Thanks Gur Shafriri ,yes, that's a a sort of workaround but does not really provide the same experience as it's not fixed as favorites are.
