When we install the Port Slack App for one Port organization (e.g., Stage), and then install it for another organization (e.g., Production) using the same Slack workspace, the app effectively disconnects from the first org and is only connected to the second.

This means a single Slack workspace can only be connected to one Port org at a time, as documented here: https://docs.port.io/ai-interfaces/slack-app/#limitations

The current limitation forces us to choose one environment (usually Prod) and leaves Stage without Slack data, which is “less than ideal” for testing and keeping environments consistent.
